The Vision
Balanced by Sofia aims to utilize rest and action to navigate your dreams, passions, challenges, and uncover your most authentic self. I invite you to imagine the person you dream to be and envision a life you’re passionate about. All of the tools to get there live inside you. The balance approach allows us to take away the pressure of bad and good, inviting us to tap into both our lightest and darkest selves. Like yin and yang, both dark and light make up a whole. With a balanced approach to goals, this allows you to find a center of life that works for you, not against you, and motivates you to dream bigger, achieve better.
The Process
Together we’ll start by honing in on who you are, your goals, and aspirations. Alongside that we’ll go over challenges, obstacles, and things that may be holding you back. Remember, all things in balance.
I utilize research backed regulation tools, nutrition, movement, and rest to help you reach your goals and live a more vibrant life. We will also focus on the belief system, your mental landscape, and nervous system.
